1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Fridge. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that a user is under 16, we may suspend or delete the account.

2. Account Registration & Responsibility

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including text, photos, videos, and habit data (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant Fridge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, process, and share your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Fridge app. We do not sell User Content.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data to operate and improve Fridge. This includes account information, usage data, and uploaded content. We do not sell personal data. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Further details are available in our Privacy Policy.

5. Social & Community Features

Fridge includes social features that allow interaction between users. You are responsible for your interactions and content. Fridge is not responsible for disputes between users. We reserve the right to moderate and remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post illegal, abusive, harmful, or misleading content, harass others, misuse the app, or attempt to disrupt its functionality.

7. Fridge Coins & Rewards

Fridge Coins have no cash value and are not legal currency. Coins cannot be exchanged for money unless explicitly stated. We may modify or discontinue coins or rewards at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All Fridge branding, design, and features (excluding User Content) are owned by Fridge. You may not copy or use our intellectual property without permission.

9. App Availability & Changes

Fridge is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features and Terms may change over time.

10. Limitation of Liability

You use Fridge at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fridge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or user-generated content.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, access to the app ends and data may be deleted or retained as required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Swiss courts.
